After 3 successful conferences under the name ‘Excellence in Leadership’, we are delighted to introduce ERUPT 2021: Innovation Beyond Survival, which will focus on how organisations need to shift attention from critical planning to innovation to stay ahead of the competition.
ERUPT will look at the impact of mass-scale remote working has had on innovation. We’ll scrutinise the leadership challenges within teams that aspired to work how tech teams have notoriously always worked and now do.
