The BTN is delighted to partner once again with the CMI (Change Management Institute) for their next event on understanding how behaviours drive performance.
There is overwhelming evidence that when a team establishes a solid set of working rituals and aligned practices, its collective output can rise against seemingly insurmountable odds. However, during intense periods of organisational change, performance comes under fire. So what must team members and leaders do to safeguard team cohesion and output?
To help explore the topic of how behaviours drive performance, the Change Management Institute is extremely excited to be working with Professor Adrian Furnham.
Professor Furnham will show the importance of getting under the skin of a workforce; how employees can help achieve strategic goals set by the leaders of the organisation; how the workforce through its own changed behaviours can deliver new ways of working.
Join us on Tuesday 7th May as Adrian charts us through:
- Different types of Motivation
- Classic theories and their limitations
- Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation
- Motivation, satisfaction and productivity
