In this exclusive video following our partner, IRM UK’s “Business Change and Transformation Conference Europe” (in London on the 18th-20th March), Laura Lilley (Transformation Director at KPMG) and Andoni Carreno (Head of Change Enablement at KPMG) discuss “Creating a Centralised Change Capability”, which focuses on establishing a centre of expertise when driving change.
This talk focuses on the importance of strategy when delivering transformation results, and how the execution is integral to long term success. They look at whether we value the way change will affect our teams, highlighting the role of cultural change in general transformation within an organisation, especially at the implementation and execution stage of change and transformation. Often during the implementation of change, leadership is often seen as strategy execution which is aligned with the business strategy, and this is not enough to drive successful long-term change.
