In this exclusive video following our partner, IRM UK’s “Business Change and Transformation Conference Europe” (in London on the 18th-20th March), Jo Biggin (Transformation Business Change Lead at Vodafone Business) discuss “Business Change and Agile: A Marriage Made in Heaven”, which focuses on joining forces between agile and business change.
This talk focuses on why organisations should use agile when going through a time of change, focusing on how to marry business change and agile delivery using a case study of her time at Vodafone Business. Jo discusses the differences between business change, agile and waterfall to help organisations ensure a successful long-term change, comparing the journey of conducting a change as similar to working on a marriage.
