Bio
Jeff Turner has been working in the Learning and Development arena for the past 20 years. During this time, he has worked with Lloyds Bank, Bank of Ireland, AOL, and O2 and over the past 8 years he has been running the Learning and Development function for Facebook, firstly for EMEA and now for their International function. Facebook’s core philosophy on learning is to connect those who have something to teach with those who are ready to learn and make learning just in time, just enough, and just for you.
Jeff has a Master’s Degree in Performance Management from Leicester University and is a qualified coach with the ICF.
Originally from South Wales, Jeff now lives in Ireland, is married to Helen and has a son working in America and two daughters, one at college and the other still at school. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys playing golf.
