- Sarah Boddey – Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Northern Trust Corporation
- Sarah joined Northern Trust in July 2016 and is responsible for the strategy and implementation of a wide variety of diversity and inclusion programmes and initiatives in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions. As part of the Global Office of Diversity & Inclusion, she is responsible for supporting the business to recruit, develop and retain a diverse and inclusive workforce. Before joining Northern Trust, Sarah headed up Diversity and Inclusion teams at AIG and Barclays Wealth. Prior to this, she held a variety of HR roles at Morgan Stanley and Simmons & Simmons LLP. Sarah holds a BA in International Management and Business Administration with German from the University of Reading. Additionally, she holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and an MBA from the Open University. She is a Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) and is bilingual English/German.

- Successful 20-year career in global HR, Resourcing and HR Technology transformation and implementation leadership, culminating in six years as Group Head of Resourcing and HR Systems for G4S, the world’s second-largest private employer with 635,000 employees across 1,000 business units in 130+ countries. Responsible for G4S’s strategy and delivery for recruiting in excess of 220,000 people per year, and the HR technology strategy to engage and manage the global workforce.‘Opened up’ about his personal mental health experience, and war on his OCD, in People Management Magazine in August 2016. Colin co-founded APeopleBusiness whose vision is to improve people’s working lives, via its mission to increase productivity by focussing on people.
