We recently hosted a virtual panel session in partnership with CoachHub on ‘Accelerating Women in Leadership’ which looked at diversity and inclusion and the way learning and development can help accelerate women in leadership.
The conversation between the host and panellist; Daniel Brietwieser (Enterprise Transformation Consultant at CoachHub), Claire Barron (Executive Coach at empowerfulpeople & previous Senior L&D Manager at Vodafone UK), Yota Trom (CoachHub Leadership Coach and Founder of Women in Tech Club) and Chinyere Enyinna (Head of Leadership Development at CoachHub client, Viessmann) explored multiple questions around what’s still missing when it comes to gender parity in the workplace, the biggest challenges facing female leaders today, how society can start encouraging gender parity and much more.
There were three integral takeaways from the panel session which encouraged women to claim their space and not be afraid to take action, keep on going as there is no end and it’s an ongoing process for learning and change which can take a lot of courage to pursue and to tell your story as it can make all the difference.
