The BTN is proud to bring you our latest VIP virtual roundtable which is focused on the role of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within organisations.
Over the course of 2021, we have run a number of roundtables that have been focused on racial bias and the role organisations have to educate, react and change the mindsets of our employees. The sessions looked at this time being the optimum moment to look at organisations as a whole and understanding that there is something wrong with the development of black talent within organisations.
In this session, Frank Starling (Founder and Chief Diversity Officer at Variety Pack) will run an interactive DEI workshop for all attendees, which will focus on that DEI is not about a performance, it’s about levelling the playing field and dismantling systemic barriers in the workplace. It doesn’t need to take a decade of unconscious bias training to make progress. What you need is the right team and strategy in your corner.
