SAP S/4 Hana – FSM Consultant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and deploy SAP S/4HANA Service solutions, including FSM, tailored to meet business needs.
• Ensure smooth integration between FSM and the S/4HANA service module, establishing streamlined workflows and synchronized data.
• Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate deployment while adhering to corporate standards and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes within S/4HANA, collaborating with business leaders to drive operational improvements.
• Provide comprehensive user training and support, both remotely and in person, across multiple European locations.
• Introduce and integrate advanced tools such as telephony systems and document management solutions to extend system functionality.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Hands-on experience with SAP FSM, S/4HANA Service, and other cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce.
• Expertise in managing service processes, including service order workflows, contract handling, and warranty administration.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific workflows leveraging S/4HANA Service, such as in manufacturing or professional services.
• Proficiency in SAP integration technologies, particularly tools like BTP CPI or equivalent platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to ensure collaboration across teams and successful delivery of solutions
