Key Responsibilities
- Leading 3 engineering teams through Engineering Managers including Platform team responsible for internal engineering work
- Focus on Delivery Management & Strategy including KPIs, goals and priorities
- Work closely with Engineering Managers to bring the best out of the teams
- Collaborate with peers in other engineering teams and product function
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience managing engineering teams through other leaders (Managers/Team Lead)
- SaaS/Cloud based product experience
- Passion for opensource engineering
