Role Focus:
Process and Data Improvement:
- Enhance existing functionality and identify gaps in processes.
- Focus on improving data flow, system processes, and efficiency.
- Manage and utilise data effectively, integrating across systems where necessary (e.g., ATS, LMS).
Reporting and Analysis:
- Build and optimise reports using tools like Business Objects, Power BI, and SQL Server.
- Understand data structures, interpret requirements, and translate non-technical user needs into actionable solutions.
- Ensure data security and proper user profile management.
System Management:
- Focus on iTrent (HR system) business objects, leveraging available modules like Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
- Maintain database access, build reporting functionality, and work alongside IT to avoid conflicts with their data team.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work with non-technical stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements.
