Key Responsibilities:
- HRIS Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of our HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot system issues and implement system upgrades.
- Process Improvement:
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to gather feedback and identify process pain points.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ HR Operations professionals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to team members.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members.
- Data Analytics:
- Utilise HR data to generate insights and reports that inform strategic decision-making.
- Analyze workforce trends and identify potential issues.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR operations.
