Workday Analyst

  • System Configuration & Maintenance:

    • Configure, update, and maintain Workday modules, including HCM, payroll, finance, and benefits.
    • Support the development and testing of new system features and ensure they align with business requirements.
    • Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and troubleshoot any issues related to the Workday platform.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Generate, analyse, and interpret Workday reports and dashboards for insights that support business decisions.
    • Develop custom reports and analytics, including calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboards.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and data validation.
  • User Support & Training:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related queries and provide technical support to end-users.
    • Conduct user training sessions, create training materials, and improve user adoption by enhancing the user experience.
    • Assist with resolving technical issues by working with end-users and IT teams to troubleshoot and correct problems.
  • Project Management:

    • Collaborate on Workday implementation projects, from planning and development to testing and deployment.
    • Coordinate and support upgrade processes, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
    • Work cross-functionally with HR, finance, payroll, and IT teams to ensure that all Workday modules integrate seamlessly.
