HR Business Partner

About the Role

My client, a London-based facilities management business, is seeking a People Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis paying up to £60,000 per annum. Reporting to the Senior People Business Partner, this role will be responsible for a remit of c. 1,000 staff across several sites. There is a requirement for this role to be on site for 4-5 days per week at their main site in Middlesex, please only apply if you are able to commit to this.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design professional and commercial people solutions to contribute to the overall success of the business
  • Provide counsel to stakeholders in terms of employment law and best practise.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to gain an understanding of the performance of financial and commercial contracts against targets to inform he people strategy.
  • Analyse data on labour costs, employee relations and sickness absence to identify trends, risks and cost saving opportunities
  • Partner with the wider HR community to ensure people policies, initiatives and procedures are fit for purpose and meet the medium/long term needs of the business

 

About You

I am looking for experienced HR generalists, with with a proven track record in implementing business specific people strategies. The ideal candidate must be tenacious and resilient, and will have a pragmatic approach, a curious nature and thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
