Title: Security Analyst – Compliance, Security & Risk | Hybrid Cloud | Digital Platform

About the Role:
We are building a cutting-edge cloud-native platform to accelerate software development and tackle critical challenges in the energy sector. We are seeking a Security Analyst to ensure our platform’s compliance, security, and risk processes are robust and scalable across hybrid cloud environments. You will collaborate with product lines, architecture, and compliance teams to define and implement security strategies across the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the platform’s structure, identifying and mitigating security risks.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to define security and compliance needs.
- Design security processes and governance frameworks for hybrid cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product management and architecture teams to integrate security protocols into product development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in information and cyber security, with a focus on governance, risk & compliance (GRC).
- Solid understanding of cloud-native paradigms and security processes.
- Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
- Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security) are a plus.
- Fluent in English (C1 level), German (B2 level) is preferred.
