Job Description:
As a Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. You will work on high-impact projects that are critical to the company’s transformation journey. This role requires a sharp analytical mind, strong business acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment. The ideal candidate has a solid background in strategy management consulting and a passion for driving change at the highest levels of a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and Board to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support the company’s transformation and growth goals.
  • Conduct detailed market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and business performance reviews to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership to drive operational efficiency, customer experience enhancements, and revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement and track strategic projects, ensuring alignment with the overall business transformation goals.
  • Present insights, reports, and strategic plans to the Board and other senior executives, influencing key business decisions.
  • Assist in the development of long-term business strategies that anticipate market shifts and position the company for sustained success.
  • Work across global teams to identify synergies and ensure global alignment of strategies.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive threats to inform the company’s strategic direction.

Requirements:

  • Background in Strategy Consulting (5+ years) with a top-tier firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience working with C-level executives and presenting high-stakes recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to influence and persuade senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in or understanding of the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry is a plus.
  • Highly adaptable, with a strong ability to navigate a fast-changing environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to think both strategically and operationally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degrees from a leading institution.
  • Experience working in large-scale transformation or change management projects within multinational organizations.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead initiatives across multiple regions.
