Partnering with executive leaders to design and execute a strategic People Plan for commercial success. Utilise data-driven insights to engage, support, and influence stakeholders at various organisational levels. Conduct regular meetings with leaders to review team and individual performance, leveraging knowledge and metrics to propose actionable solutions and recommend necessary changes.
Guide line managers in fostering effective communication and collaborate with team leads to nurture a high-performance culture. Work with Shared Services and Centers of Excellence to deploy initiatives in Leadership, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Change Management, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Reward.
Deliver pertinent HR Management Information to the Business, HR Management, and HR Directors, analysing data to provide recommendations for improvements. Assist leaders through the HR annual cycle, including Talent Reviews, Salary and Bonus Reviews, and more.
Oversee workforce planning and resource alignment by understanding recruitment pipelines and matching resourcing needs with business requirements, considering factors such as succession planning, capability development, and redundancy planning.
Drive improvements in internal HR processes and mentor junior HR team members. Note that travel will be necessary for this role.
