Junior HR Business Partner (12 Month FTC)

HR Advisor (12 Month FTC)

 

Annapurna HR have been engaged to find a HR Advisor to join a leading Retail business going through exciting periods of growth and transformation.

 

The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of a professional and timely HR service to all employees and managers, supporting across recruitment, onboarding, induction, performance management and disciplinary issues. You will also be responsible for running a number of projects and new initiatives to enhance and improve the employee experience.

 

Role:

  • Point of contact for Retail managers and Retail Leadership Team.
  • Lead on strategic HR initiatives in addition to providing day to day operational HR support and advice.
  • Support managers with all ER activities, ensuring processes are followed effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure that employees are on-boarded and inducted smoothly and effectively into the business.
  • Support managers with any disciplinary, grievance or performance management related issues.
  • Work with line managers and the wider business to ensure recruitment needs are met.
  • Review and improve HR policies and processes and ensure these are communicated effectively across the business.
  • Analyse and pull together KPIs for the Retail business area, identifying root cause and driving new initiatives to address issues.

 

Skills:

  • Strong People partnering experience, acting as the key point of contact for advisory services.
  • Experience working within a Retail environment.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience leading on complex disciplinary and grievance cases with some UK employment law knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of written communication.
  • CIPD qualification highly desirable.

This role is a permanent opportunity paying up to £45,000 per annum + benefits.
