Interim Reward Consultant – 6-Month Contract
£400+ per day | Outside IR35 | Remote/Hybrid (UK-based)
We are working with a UK-based organisation seeking an experienced Interim Reward Consultant for a 6-month assignment. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the organisation’s reward agenda, with a specific focus on job architecture and the drafting of Remuneration Committee (RemCo) papers.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of a fit-for-purpose job architecture framework

Draft high-quality RemCo papers, providing clear insights and recommendations to support executive-level discussions

Advise on role evaluation, job levelling, and benchmarking to ensure consistency and market alignment

Partner with senior HR and business stakeholders to support strategic reward initiatives
Candidate Profile:

A senior Reward professional with demonstrable experience in job architecture design and executive reward

Skilled in drafting RemCo papers and presenting to senior leadership

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Able to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
