Reward Consultant

Interim Reward Consultant – 6-Month Contract
£400+ per day | Outside IR35 | Remote/Hybrid (UK-based)

We are working with a UK-based organisation seeking an experienced Interim Reward Consultant for a 6-month assignment. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the organisation’s reward agenda, with a specific focus on job architecture and the drafting of Remuneration Committee (RemCo) papers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of a fit-for-purpose job architecture framework

  • Draft high-quality RemCo papers, providing clear insights and recommendations to support executive-level discussions

  • Advise on role evaluation, job levelling, and benchmarking to ensure consistency and market alignment

  • Partner with senior HR and business stakeholders to support strategic reward initiatives

Candidate Profile:

  • A senior Reward professional with demonstrable experience in job architecture design and executive reward

  • Skilled in drafting RemCo papers and presenting to senior leadership

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Assignment Details:

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Day Rate: £400+ (outside IR35, dependent on experience)

  • Location: Remote or hybrid (UK-based only)

  • Start Date: ASAP
