Annapurna is supporting a FTSE100 organisation as they undergo a significant evolution of their HR Target Operating Model (TOM). We are looking for an experienced HR Business Process Analyst to join on an interim basis to help shape, define, and map the future-state HR process landscape across the business.
This role is central to enabling a globally-aligned HR function, working across a highly matrixed organisation with senior HR and transformation stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map, analyse, and redesign end-to-end HR processes to align with the future-state TOM
- Collaborate with HR COEs, Shared Services, and business units to define standardised and scalable HR workflows
- Document ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ processes using recognised methodologies
- Facilitate workshops to drive alignment, gather requirements, and validate designs
- Identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, control, and employee experience
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in HR process design and operating model transformation
- Strong skills in process mapping, workshop facilitation, and documentation
- Experience working in large, complex, matrixed organisations
- Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse senior stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of global HR service delivery models
