Interim HR Project Manager – HR Target Operating Model
6-Month Contract | £500+ per day (Outside IR35)

We’re supporting a client with the appointment of an experienced Interim HR Project Manager to support a critical phase of their HR transformation journey. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of a refreshed HR Target Operating Model, with a strong focus on redeployment and change implementation.
Key Details:
- Contract Length: 6 months initially
- Rate: From £500 per day (Outside IR35)
- Location: Hybrid working with presence required at the London site
The Role:
You’ll support the delivery of a new HR operating model, working closely with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and change teams. Key focus areas include:
- Contributing to the design and implementation of an effective HR Target Operating Model
- Supporting role and team redesign, with a clear redeployment strategy
- Managing timelines, interdependencies, and risks across the programme
- Assisting with stakeholder engagement and change readiness activities
- Collaborating with internal HR, Finance and Change/Transformation teams
About You:
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in:
- HR transformation projects, particularly Target Operating Model (TOM) design
- Redeployment and organisational change
- Project or programme management in a complex, matrixed environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Working in hybrid environments, ideally with some on-site presence in London
