Emilie talks about the journey of getting your company to ‘feel like home’ for your employees through the roles of values. Being advocates for promoting the little wins within teams and creating a culture of success will have a positive impact across the organisation.
Asking candidates during the interview process about what they look for from a role and how they like to work with management will help both parties to discover early on if their values align.
Using technology tools to gain cross-organisational feedback will always be insightful but getting your leaders to ask within their teams what people’s views are first-hand will give a more rounded insight to company culture and belonging.
