Bio
Amir Elkabir is an experienced Program Manager, working in a global multi-cultural environment. He has over 17 years of experience in management, customer facing roles, and system implementation.
Amir is head of Project Management in the Entertainment division at AT&T Israel, where he leads various projects practicing Agile at Scale across multiple geographical locations. Working at companies in the Fintech industry, he was responsible for strategic accounts. He managed SW implementations and business partnerships with top-tier banks worldwide. Prior to this, Amir assumed several managerial roles in the semiconductors industry, involving complex multidisciplinary systems with a global install base and was positioned in the US and Korea.
Amir is a member of the Agile at Scale Israeli forum, a guest panel advisor of the MBA program at the Israel Institute of Technology, and a co-initiator of the Project Management guild at AT&T.
Amir holds a B.Sc. in Electrical & Computer Engineering, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at the University of California at Irvine.
