Jeff Wellstead (CEO at Big Bear Partners) spoke at our Excellence in Leadership (EiL) conference in October 2018 as part of a panel on “I can’t wait for my boss to become a robot! Intelligent Boss VS. Artificial Intelligent Boss”.
During the panel, Jeff discussed the different types of technology coming out in the team measurement and performance space and the individual performance management space, focusing on how new tools are helping the organisation do agile-based performance management.
