Graeme Whippy (Disability Specialist at Channel 4) spoke in a panel at our Excellence in Leadership (EiL) conference in October 2018 on “Hiring for Diversity, Hiring for Inclusivity or Just Hiring”.
During his talk, Graeme discusses the obstacles that hiring for diversity encounters, focusing on the importance of genuine, barrier-free talent acquisition processes and how these can help destigmatise the approach to diversity and inclusion in our modern-day workforce.
