Although there is no common definition of digital transformation, this video highlights how organisations define digital transformation differently. From this, it is highlighted that many organisations often conflate digital transformation with types of technology that are being implemented during digital transformation projects. This video continues to look at the importance of mindset when undertaking digital transformation projects, considering how agility and lean fit into this process. Deepak uses examples to explain the step-by-step basics of digital transformation, highlighting the importance of focusing on the desired outcomes prior to implementing processes.
