On October 11/12th, The BTN is hosting a conference on Excellence in Leadership: Becoming a High-Performance Organisation.
Philip will be talking on Thursday 11th at 2:15pm-3:00pm on the topic of ‘Standardisation Vs. Flexibility and Agility – Finding a Balance’.
Philip discusses the biggest issues facing leaders today, looking at the importance of business agility to the changing world of work and alignment amongst leaders and employees.
He continues to take his role as Non-Executive Director at the Agile Business Consortium to explore some themes which will be discussed on Thursday 11th October, considering the main themes within agile today, from the role of standardisation and flexibility.
