In this exclusive video for the BTN, Rose Padfield (Owner and Consultant at The Padfield Partnership) discusses the project that she led to winning the ABP Award for ‘Excellence in Change Management’.
Rose begins by discussing the process behind the project that Rose developed a six-step change management methodology for. She discusses the key factors and challenges affecting the project, and how she overcame them. Throughout the video, Rose explains the process, change methodology and how she got stakeholders onboard with the change.
Rose explains the importance of developing a cultural understanding of the organisation, before implementing any changes. She closes by considering the results of the project and how it has changed the organisation on a higher level than just this specific project.
