In part 2 of 5 from Neil Roden about planning and executing for Brexit change, Neil looks at immigration and reskilling the workforce.
Neil begins by holistically analysing what he believes will be the impacts of being out of the EU in 2 years time from looking at whether the UK will have move control over their borders to whether less immigration will occur.
The focus then shifts to the challenges faced by the leaving immigrants and how to manage the loss of skills. Is there an opportunity to reskill or upskill the UK workforce to fill the gap?
