Bio
Peter Zorn is an internationally recognised transformation leader with over twenty-five years of industry experience and has lived in fourteen countries.
Most recently spending nine years at Deutsche Bank working across the Global Transaction Banking business as well as infrastructure including Finance, Operations and Technology where he was an evangelist of Lean thinking and organisation transformation. Peter has also worked for UBS and JP Morgan on the banking side as well as Capco and BealingPoint (former KPMG Consulting) on the advisory side.
In addition to his transformation roles, Peter is very active across all aspects of Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace and the impact it can have on building successful teams and organisations.
