Ivie has over 10 years’ experience in leading change management roles. He has successfully designed and implemented change & transformation programmes across large organisations in the UK. He is a lean six sigma black belt and a certified change management practitioner who brings his infections motivational style of leadership to the portfolio of change programmes and projects he manages.
Ivie is the Managing Director of Ario Consulting Ltd. Since August 2014, He has been supporting Thames Water Plc on their change and transformation journey to continuous improvement in performance. Here he successfully led a change programme which was focused on improvement in customer satisfaction and efficiency within the developer services function. He also worked with the senior management team on the infrastructure alliance (a joint venture between Thames Water Plc, Kier, Clancy Docwra, Morrison Utility Services & Murphys) to develop the performance monitoring framework across the 5 organisations.
Prior to this, between 2012-2014, Ivie worked with another large utility, National Grid Plc, to help progress their change journey. Here he led the development and implementation of the continuous improvement framework called ‘performance excellence’ and worked with Unipart Expert Practices in implementing and managing this change across the London gas distribution management team and staff.’
