The BTN is delighted to announce an event with HR guru, Dave Ulrich, on the 6th June at the University of Oxford.
Dave will focus on ‘Why the War for Talent is Failing Your Organisation and What You Can Do About It?’.
For over 30 years, Dave Ulrich has studied, written about, and trained HR professionals at the Ross School at the University of Michigan and in his private consulting practice the RBL Group, bringing rigorous theory and research to improvement of HR. He is an observer, advocate, provocateur, researcher, and agitator for the HR profession.
