Valerie joined Amey in 2009 as Group HR Director and has been responsible for developing and delivering the group HR and HSEA strategy through a period of significant growth from 8,000 to 12,000 employees.
Prior to joining Amey she was group HR director for Steria based in Paris with global responsibility for 20,000 employees. She joined Steria in 2007 as a result of the acquisition of Xansa by Steria and was responsible for merging the two organisations.
