DIGITAL CX MANAGER - STOCKHOLM - 50K-70K SEK/month + benefits



This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognized and innovative firm based in Stockholm who are aiming to improve their customer experience with a major focus on digital and omnichannel transformation.



The company knows that in order to drive revenue, build trust with the customer, and develop brand loyalty, they will need to increase their focus on the customer experience. In line with local and global priorities, you will coordinate projects related to the WEB experience, digital customer communities and portals, e-commerce, digitization of customer care, lead/demand generation, digital offer data, digital tools like configurators and selectors etc. You serve as our local digital customer experience ambassador, animating a local network of super users and specialists, while working within a nordic-baltic and global community of peers.



Your skills and experience

* You are passionate about digitization (digital native or successful digital migrant) and lives already inside the digital world, feeling at ease in social, mobile, viral, data impacted environment. You are well acquainted and up to date with major trends and innovation in the field of digitalization.
* You have strong commercial acumen, sales- and marketing experience and are passionate about contributing to sales growth.
* You have strong strategic skills, understanding conceptual frameworks and able to localize plans in line with Swedish requirements and digital trends, without losing the connection to the global roadmap.
* You possess strong communication and articulation skills, including both "listening" skills and "presentation" skills that inspires the audience to participate in the transformation journey.
* You have influencing skills as second nature as the role is accountable for overall objectives dependent of the sum of various activities being the responsibility of other teams and functions.
* You are able to foster, motivate a collaborative team environment to drive a collective vision, aligned roadmap and joint targets.
* You are a mature individual that have a can-do attitude, are risk-taking, open to ideas, who enjoys to challenges status-quo. Beneficial is if you have experience from working in a matrix without clear formal reporting perimeter.
* You are fluent in Swedish and English.
