Interim Project Manager - Redesign
Location: Milton Keynes
Day Rate: £600 - £700p/d (Inside of IR35)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 months

Overall Purpose:
A leading organisation in Milton Keynes are currently seeking a Project Manager for the design and delivery of the Organisational Change Programme aligned to the overall Organisation Strategy Policy. This is an exciting opportunity with an organisation undergoing a substantial period of Change. This will be an initial 6 month contract paying £600 - £700p/d to the right candidate. This is primarily a business and culture change programme, strong IT programme managers are not required.

Key areas of responsibility:

* Work with senior stakeholders to confirm the portfolio of initiatives required to deliver the Org Redesign
* Project manage all Redesign initiatives spanning the organisation
* Leadership responsibilities for programme resources including confirming the programme structure, roles and any internal/external recruitment where necessary
* Work with internal and external subject matter experts to ensure the portfolio of projects achieve expected outcomes
* Define the overall Programme governance model and manage ongoing
* Develop the integrated Programme plan and deliverables ensuring delivery against this to agreed time, cost and quality metrics
* Ensure the Programme is delivered within the agreed budget
* Manage key Programme risks and issues, and ensure that they are resolved or escalated as appropriate
* Manage third party suppliers, including responsibility for any deliverables they are accountable for
* Ensure key stakeholders, both internal and external, are updated in a manner appropriate
* Ensure all project documentation and deliverables are documented and archived as appropriate
* Maintain confidentiality within the Programme team as appropriate

Key skills and experience required:

* Experience in operating model transformation
* Strong Culture Change Experience
* Experience working with Big 4 consultancy
* Management of large, complex programmes of change
* Proven track record of delivery through the full project lifecycle
* Strong strategic thinker with a track record of progressing from strategy to implementation
* Strong communication skills - verbal and written to inform and persuade colleagues from Board level down
* Working in complex organisations
* Governance design, stakeholder engagement and risk and issue management
