HR Shared Service & Payroll Manager - £65,000-£80,000

Annapurna HR are recruiting for a HR Shared Service and Payroll Manager to lead the transition of a HR Shared Service centre which will be truly all-encompassing, including:

* Payroll
* Process
* Employee Data
* HR Systems
* HR MI, Data & Analytics

The successful individual will be required to have experience managing a shared service, ideally transforming and transitioning shared services, but also have a strong capability within Payroll. Stakeholder and People management will play a key part in this role due to the early stage of development that the team are currently in.

Fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business within a part of the organisation that is going through substantial change. This person will have the chance to imprint their brand of HR Service delivery onto the business.
