Employee Relations Manager, Leading Corporate, Kent, £60k

My client, an industry leading financial services organisation, are looking for an experienced Employee relations manager to join their team following a restructure.

This is a newly created role that requires somebody with strong employee relations experience, looking after call centers whilst managing a team. You will be providing advice and guidance to the business, whilst working across multiple business units such as Resourcing, Reward & Recognition, HR MI and Training.

The employee relations manager role will require a strong technical ER specialist who has managed teams, previous experience dealing with complex cases involving employees that are in a customer centric environment would be highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will come from a financial services or professional services background, but candidates from all backgrounds will be considered.
