A leading financial services organisation are looking for a Reward Manager to join it's Reward team. This organisation are currently going through huge periods of growth, with the aim to be market leading in their industry.

If you are strong numerical analyst with an entreprenurial approach and are interested in developing your skills within the Reward and Compensation space; this is a fantastic opportunity. You will have previous experience of Compensation modelling with the capability to identify trends and produce Adhoc reports.

The ideal candidate will have had experience in a full compensation review, benchmarking, salary surveys or HR data analytics. If you are motivated and aspirational to develop your skill set in the Reward/Analytics space this is the perfect role for you.
