Reward Analyst - up to £50,000

Annapurna HR are currently working with an organisation at the forefront of the financial services market. They are currently going through exciting periods of growth in a division of their organisation.

The role is a Reward Analyst Role which will be joing a team of Reward Analyst's to provide analytical and technical support to the Reward function. The role will include doing annual pay review, job profiling, benchmarking and variable renumeration. The ideal individual will have experience with deffered compensation, executive renumeration and experience in a regulated environment.

Advanced level on Excel is required.
