Learning and Development Manager, London, Human Resources and Personnel, £45K - £50K

Our client, a consulting company with a fantastic growth outlook, is looking to recruit a Learning & Development Consultant to join their team in London.

The successful candidate will be educated to a degree standard and potentially hold additional L&D qualifications. They will have experience of training delivery and will have exposure to the development of businesses and learning materials.

Key accountabilities:

* Contribute to development of learning materials, facilitate skills workshops and deliver L&D presentations.
* Support and facilitate the Graduate programmes and action centred learning interventions
* Support individual developing planning & offer coaching
* Ad-hoc training and development support for professional teams

Core competencies:

* Strong academics, educated to degree level with a possible L&D qualification
* Ability to interact with senior personnel with excellent communication skills
* Core understanding of training and delivery
* Experience of developing learning materials
* Previous team management experience, preferably in a sales or fee environment
