Interim HR & Performance Project Manager - Up to £700 p/d
Annapurna HR are working with a global FS firm on an Interim HR & Performance Project Manager to project manage the implementation of a new performance management system.
My client are looking for someone to project manage the implementation of a new Total Performance system across the bank. This will include developing training materials to ensure the long-term adoption from the wider business. You will also be required to report on relevant MI to ensure relevant performance data is used to help inform wider business decisions.
In this role, you will need the following experience -
* Ability to develop and maintain project plans
* Change management skills including stakeholder analysis and management
* Previous experience working in a global FS firm with the ability to work through complex matrix environments
* Microsoft Office products: PowerPoint and Excel
Educated to degree level and strong background in project management
Generalist HR background
