Interim Head of Learning and Development - up to £400 p/d
Annapurna HR are working with a global organization on an Interim Head of Learning and Development for an initial 6 month contract.
In this role you will be responsible for leading and managing the global L&D function, covering the whole learning cycle; you will be required to build an understanding and interpreting the organisation strategy to lead the development and implementation of a learning and development plan that meets the requirements of the business.
You will need to build a comprehensive understanding to build a best in class learning function which will be cost effective and efficient, which will show a true return on investment for the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to have full ownership for the learning and development function in a global organisation. You will be required to work with stakeholders across the business to develop the learning strategy across a broad range of business functions.
