Annapurna HR are working with a leading private sector organisation who are embarking on an exciting period of change for an Interim Head of HR Operations role.
Our client are looking for someone to lead the HR ops team through a period of transformation for the business. To be successful in this role you must have experience managing teams in the following service areas:
* contact team service
* high scale payroll service
* an employee relations service
* an HR admin service
* managing a team of c. 20
* You will be required to work with the HR systems team and deal with operational, systems and people issues which can be transactional and complex in nature.
The successful candidate will be:
* Service orientated and ensure they understand the needs of the business and the wider HR team.
* KPI and delivery focused ensuring that we proactively work with the business and ensure a clear and practical delivery in the event of an issue.
* Must have the ability to communicate both at an executive level and at a team level.
* Need to demonstrate a proven track record of delivery to tight timelines, decision-making, issue resolution, leadership skills, the ability to build trust and credibility with their peers, team and customers as well as manage and partner with third parties.
