My global client are currently hiring for a HR System Manager to lead their HRIS team as they embark on a transformation programme designed to bring the business globally onto one cloud based HR system. You will be responsible for taking the business through vendor selection and then deciding on an implementation partner as well. For this you will need to first identify the current state of HRIS internationally and then design the roadmap moving forwards. You will lead the successful implementation of the selected product and then will manage the system and its support team in a BAU environment. This is a brilliant opportunity for you to manage a cloud based system implementation in an innovative, market leading company.
The best matched HR System Manager for the role will ideally have the following skill set and experience:
* HRIS cloud based system exposure to either SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle Cloud (HCM)
* Proven experience leading system implementations
* A strong consultancy background is strongly preferred in the role
* Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
* Previous experience managing global HRIS teams and designing HR technology strategy
