Head of HR Service Delivery - up to £80,000

Annapurna HR are working with a truly global organisation, based in the city, who are on the hunt for an individual to lead, embed and transition the HR SS TOM that they have been implementing over the past 12 months. This is a truly pivotal role in the success of HR Service Delivery going forward, both from an internal efficiency perspective but also ensuring that the function is a successfully governed and regulated division. The team will be in in the region of 5-10 people, therefore, a huge part of the role will be mentoring this team to success and working with the senior stakeholders to establish their needs from the team.

The successful candidate will be expected to have experience working in a complex environment in the past, ideally on a global scale, with some kind of governance required. Management & Leadership experience will be key in this role with the successful individual sitting on the HR Leadership team. Experience of the full employee service delivery life cycle will be required, ranging from HR Advisory, Payroll, Pensions & Benefits, International mobility & leasing the HR PMO capability.
