Employee Relations Manager required for a Global IT company

A global IT company in West London is currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Manager to join there team.

This successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing the ER strategy of the company

The main responsibilities of this role are:

* Lead and coach the ER team
* Support the business on all ER related issues
* Have current knowledge of ER legislation and trends
* Develop new ER policies and processes
* Interpretation of ER data and provision of business advise based on this data.


CIPD Qualified

* Change management exposure
* Stakeholder management exposure

Salary: £75,000
