Change Delivery Manager - (North) Midlands - £45K-£60K + bonus/benefits

This global organisation are going through an exciting and crucial business transformation which is at the forefront of the group agenda to improve the customer experience and create innovative solutions to continue building a strong market share while making the life of their customer better.

They are now looking for a Change Delivery Manager to join the transformation team to work collaboratively with separate Digital & Business Delivery teams and business sponsors to deliver complex programmes across the business.

The business change team undertakes a diverse set of projects across B2C, B2B and our other businesses which include transformational change, developing new and exciting propositions using digitally enabled channels.
Experience:

* You have significant experience of leading full lifecycle change in multi-vendor, matrixed environments, and have comprehensive knowledge of change management methodologies, tools and techniques including Agile and Digital development



* You've managed change programmes containing a number of projects simultaneously, and with great success.



* You've delivered multi-faceted, complex circa £10M change programmes that involve multiple stakeholders, functions and business units.



* You've taken change planning responsibility for market segments worth up to £150 million (EBITDA performance), and enabled delivery of benefits in excess of £10 million per annum



* An adaptable, calm and resilient team player, you can challenge the status quo and deliver innovation whilst still maintaining strong working relationships



* You have a proven track record in leading and inspiring teams, ideally both in normal line management and matrix management solutions



* You have the ability to communicate with key stakeholders



* Strong commercial acumen and experience of managing programme budgets are amongst your strengths.
