Given their rapid expansion, our client is looking for a Senior / Principal Java developer to join/lead their Munich-based Real Time Analytics team.

About the company:

· European market-leading B2C e-commerce company;

· Active in over 17 countries (offices in Germany, UK and France);

· Over 1.5 million customers.

The candidate will preferably have the following abilities:

· Experience with Java SE or Jave EE;

· Experience with SOAS;

· Be able to demonstrate solid database experience, e.g. MySQL or PostgreSQL;

· Have an understanding of agile development;

· Be comfortable with the command-line, preferably Linux;

· Fluent in English;

· Have a continued interested in technology, always researching and inquiring about new tools and concepts and able to pick things up speedily.
