You will be dealing with market leading recruitment consultants with world class specialist sector knowledge and a wealth of recruitment experience built over considerable time in the industry. 

We will establish the way in which you want to work, whether that is going to be via search or contingency methods, which will result in you receiving a shortlist of suitable candidates to select from. We will consult how to best deliver your needs in the marketplace.

You can expect that candidates on that shortlist will be well known to us and not simply just a CV, references taken and met (whenever possible), so that you can be sure that we have provided you with the best candidates on the market for your vacancy.

During the process you can also expect progress reports that will detail to you exactly what we have done for you in the search for the perfect candidate and if there are any issues, what they are.

Naturally, we also handle all the logistics such as arranging interviews, candidate feedback and the handling of offers.

The search practice is led by James Ballard, founding partner and chair of the Transformation Networks.  Underneath are specialist consultants who are aligned by industry and sector.
